New Delhi, Aug 03 (ANI): While addressing the AAP rally in the national capital, AAP Chief Arvind Kejriwal said that the BJP and Congress are refraining from holding elections in Delhi because they fear losing in the same. Kejriwal also said that if the BJP doesn't hold the polls by February, the party will, like Congress, run for the LoP post later.
