New Delhi, Sep 13 (ANI): BJP's Delhi unit President Satish Upadhyay on Saturday congratulated the student wing of party, ABVP for its tremendous win in the Delhi University Student Union polls the results of which came out today. Upadhyay said that the confidence of students in BJP has led to this victory.
