New Delhi, Sept 08 (ANI): Bihar Chief Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi sparked another controversy with his comment that consuming alcohol after having dinner is absolutely fine. Later he withdrew his remarks saying he has been mis-interpreted. Meanwhile political leaders slammed Manjhi for the remark.
