"Bigg Boss", the high voltage reality show thrives on controversies, and so fights and heated arguments are more than required for it to keep the audience glued to the TV screens.
In season 1, the most talked-about fight happened to be the one between Rakhi Sawant and Kashmeera Shah. In order to be on the heavier team, Shah instigated contestants against Sawant and cornered her.
Season 7 saw two major fights. During one of the tasks, Tanishaa Mukerji lost her cool and pushed Kushal Tandon. Reacting to it, Tandon threatened to leave the house.
Another major controversy followed when Salman Khan supported Tanisha's outburst and said Tandon was wrong in behaving inappropriately. Calling him "Battameez" (ill-mannered), the superstar said he was extremely angered by the incident and that it would be his last season as a host.
"Bigg Boss 3" made headlines after Kamaal Rashid Khan (KRK) and Rohit Verma got into an ugly spat in which the former hurled a bottle at the designer.
However, Sambhavna Seth's tiff with Shweta Tiwari's ex-husband Raja Chaudhary in Season 2 grabbed quite a few eyeballs. While Seth acquired sympathies, Chaudhary went into the danger zone after abusing her during a task.
Dolly Bindra almost fought with every Season 6 contestants. But, she had a massive showdown with Bhojpuri actor Manoj Tiwari. Showering expletives, Bindra managed to trigger a heated argument with the actor.
VJ Pooja Missra was a "Bigg Boss 5" contestant who didn't get along with most of the contestants. Slamming door on inmate Siddharth Bhardwaj, Missra kick-started some more controversy on the show.
Interestingly, Season 7 witnessed the maximum number of fights. While Gauhar Khan and Mukerji couldn't see each other eye-to-eye and picked fights quite often, Armaan Kohli called Kamya Punjabi a divorcee. But, the two made up after a few days when Malik decided to apologise for his mistake.
In "Bigg Boss 8", a tiff has already taken place. After Gautam Gulati abused Karishma Tanna during one of the tasks, the latter requested disqualification from 'Bigg Boss'.
