Bigg Boss Tamil 2 elimination: Mahat shown the door from Kamal Haasan-hosted show

Mahat Raghavendra's journey in Bigg Boss Tamil 2 has come to an end in Bigg Boss Tamil 2. As predicted by the polls and buzz on social media, the actor is eliminated this week on Vijay TV's reality show.

The actor had entered the house as one of the favourites to win the second season of Bigg Boss Tamil 2. His popularity and his involvement in the tasks were the key factors why people had expected him to emerge victorious in Kamal Haasan-hosted show. Bigg Boss Funny Memes are here.

He started off well in the reality show and was on the right track till he lost focus on the game. Mahat started receiving negative response from the viewers from the day he formed a group in which Yashika, Aishwarya and Shariq were part of .

The episode in which Mahat was apparently seen touching Yashika's hips earned in public wrath and thereafter he constantly came under criticism over his behaviour. Last but not the least, his bad temper has not helped the cause. 

Finally, the public anger has turned out to be costly for him as Mahat was eliminated this week. Nonetheless, the actor, undoubtedly, remains a big entertainer in the house. One positive quality about him is that he never hesitated to apologise if he realised that he had committed a mistake.

Mahat is the eighth contestant to be out of the house after Vaishnavi, Shariq, Mamathi, Ananth, Ramya, Nithya and Ponnambalam.

IBT Poll Predicted his Elimination
International Business Times India had conducted a poll in which thousands of our readers had taken part. The majority of the people wanted Mahat Raghavendra to be evicted as the actor secured more than half of the votes from our readers for this week's elimination. Bigg Boss Funny Memes are here.

Mahat got 59.74 percent of the votes from our readers, while Mumtaz came a distant second place by getting 21.59 pecent of the votes. Sendrayan and Balaji were in the next two places by garnering 9.74 percent and 8.92 percent votes, respectively.

The audience have been strongly disking him for becoming a puppet in Yashika's hands. His proximity with her along with his rude behaviours with the inmates are the main reasons why people wanted him to be out of Kamal Haasan-hosted show.

Rumours have been already doing rounds since last evening that Mahat Raghavendra has been evicted from the show. Kamal Haasan had mentioned last week the audience can use a red card like in football to eliminate the violent contestant in the house through votes.

Before the show was ended on Saturday, Kamal Haasan dropped a hint as he revealed the red card in the envelope, which contains the name of the evicted contestant in Bigg Boss Tamil 2.
