Big Bang's Seungri gets jealous when girls ask for G-Dragon and T.O.P's phone numbers

Big Bang's Seungri has opened up about his popularity among girls. The 27-year-old South Korean singer admitted that he gets the least attention from girls when compared to his other band members.

During an episode of JTBC's Please Take Care of My Refrigerator, Seungri revealed that his fellow Big Bang members get a lot of attention from women. He said: "I may seem like I have a great interest in the opposite sex and have a lot of girls but it's not like that."

"The girls tell me 'Seungri, you are so funny', You're so charming' but then they end up asking G-Dragon and T.O.P for their numbers," he added.

Adding on, during tvN's travel reality show, Salty Tour, Seungri admitted G-Dragon has a huge popularity among female band members. He said: "In G-Dragon's case, so many girl group members contacted him. [They'd say,] 'I'd like to be close friends with you.' I don't know how they found out his phone number, but he'd get so many messages."

He added: "And [G-Dragon] would always brag about it. He'd say, 'So-and-so contacted me. What should I do?' Why would he ask us that? [I'd think,] 'Why are you telling me?'"

"At the time, I thought that I might also end up receiving that kind of [phone call or message] at some point. So I would answer all my phone calls from unknown numbers, which people usually don't do. But I would get nervous and feel butterflies in my stomach every time I received a call from an unknown number," Seungri continued.

BIGBANG is one of the most successful Asian music groups of all time. The five members -- G-Dragon, T.O.P, Taeyang, Daesung and Seungri -- have enthralled the Korean music world since their first performance in Seoul on 19 August 2006.

Previously, Seungri had admitted that he gets upset at times when G-Dragon gets all the credit for Big Bang's albums. In July, during a press conference for his 1st solo album The Great Seungri at CGV Cheongdam Cinecity, Seungri said: They think everything will succeed if G-Dragon participates in it but it's not like that."

"There are times when I get upset because it seems like G-Dragon is doing all the work on Big Bang's albums. I have also learned by watching the amazing hyungs, and I made an album with the methods I've learned. G-Dragon is coming out for a break (from the military) soon so I'll talk with him about albums then," he added.
