Thimphu, Nov 08 (ANI): BJP Spokesperson Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi, who has accompanied President Pranab Mukherjee to his Bhutan visit, said on Saturday that Bhutan is an essential neighbour which has always been friendly and supportive to India. He also said that Bhutan also becomes essential in the context that Prime Minister Narendra Modi chose Bhutan for his first international visit.
