The trailer of Amitabh Bachchan starrer "Bhoothnath Returns" has been unveiled.

The sequel of horror comedy "Bhoothnath" (2008) also features Boman Irani, Usha Jadhav and child actor Parth Bhalerao.

The trailer of the film is entertaining, as Bachchan, who plays the ghost is sent back to earth to scare children so that he can easily fit in with his peers. However, he fails on his mission once again and ends up befriending another little boy and is even seen contesting elections against scheming politician Boman Irani.

From the first look of the film, the plot comes across as refreshing, funny and definitely not a continuation of the prequel's story. Bachchan as the affable ghost is delightful and so is the child actor Bhalerao's at ease presence.

The children centric film will also have cameos by stars like Shah Rukh Khan and Ranbir Kapoor.

Bachchan speaking on the event of trailer launch on Tuesday expressed his desire to share screen space with the "Besharam" actor, who he considers to be more popular than him.

"I dont have a scene or a shot with him. I hope we can work together some day in a film. I would be ok doing even a small role in his film. He is very popular ...than me," PTI quoted Big B.

"Bhoothnath Returns' directed by Nitesh Tiwari is slated for a release on 11 April.
