New Delhi, Nov 18 (ANI): Reacting on the hullabaloo over the Bharat Ratna award, JD (U) leader Shivanand Tiwari on Monday said that the award has become a joke and it should be abolished altogether as it has no significance now. He further said that Sachin Tendulkar has not played cricket for free and an unnecessary hype is being created out of emotions and advertisement.
