Shilpa Shinde is all set to make her Bollywood debut with the upcoming movie "Patel Ki Punjabi Shaadi." The "Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai" famed actress will be seen shaking legs in an item song from the movie and her first look from the track is also out.
Makers of "Patel Ki Punjabi Shaadi" have released Shilpa's glamorous look in the item number and the actress looks hot. Shilpa dons a golden dress and is seen winking in one of the photos. Another picture shows her sharing the frame with Rishi Kapoor, who is one of the leads in the movie.
Shilpa wanted to lose some weight before shooting for the song, however, the makers of the film were not in favour of wasting any time and hence she bagged the offer immediately.
"After enough controversy that affected my repute, it was surprising to get a call from the makers of 'Patel Ki Punjabi Shaadi.' When I was offered the song I was like 'I will have to shed some kilos' as I haven't done dance numbers before, but the 'PKPS' team didn't have enough time and wanted to shoot immediately. They briefed me about the concept and I was okay with it. I thought if I let go off this opportunity, I might not get it again, especially to dance along with such a stalwart Rishi Kapoor ji," DNA quoted Shilpa as saying.
Shilpa, who was seen playing a "sanskari bahu" in "Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai" will be seen in a completely different avatar. Not many TV actresses have been seen sizzling in Bollywood item songs. However, Shilpa is ready to surprise fans with her oomph factor.
