Kunal Kemmu has always showed a lot of promise. His last, "Go Goa Gone", wasn't a blockbuster but it did bring his comic timing to the fore. He has done off-beat movies, most of which have tanked without a trace, but "Bhaag Johnny" has potential. Laced with drama, love, lust, revenge and blackmail, the Shivam Nair directorial appears to be an engaging watch.

Kunal's quasi-comeback

The last time this boy lit up the silver screen was two years ago, and he did pretty well with the weed-smoking, girl-chasing act as Hardik.

In "Bhaag Johnny" too, Kunal's character wears his heart on his sleeve. Only this time, he may have to pay a heavy price for being the ultimate Casanova.

Zoa Morani's return

The leading lady from "Always Kabhi Kabhi" had almost disappeared after her debut film. This will give her another shot at her Bollywood career. It will be interesting to see her play Johnny's love interest, Tanya, in the film as what she had done in her last project was teenage-esque.

Fresh pairing

Kunal and Zoa have not worked together before, which may turn out to be an advantage for the makers. Their off-screen rapport looks great and hopefully it will translate onto the 75mm.

Steamy scenes

Intimate and passionate lovemaking scenes are instrumental in drawing audience. The trailer is laced with fleeting glimpses of Johnny and Tanya's raunchy sequences, and it may turn out to be a jackpot for the makers.

Storyline

From the looks it, it's a thriller. And a thriller supported by love, betrayal and revenge sounds inviting. Although, the makers haven't revealed much about the plot, the vibe around it is positive.
