Beyoncé's Instagram Picture Sparks Pregnancy Rumours; Is she Pregnant with Second Child?

Beyoncé set the internet abuzz when she posted a picture on Instagram on Sunday, suggesting she might be pregnant with her second child.

The 33-year-old Grammy winner shared a strange picture, which features her buried up to her neck in sand, while her three-year-old daughter with husband Jay-Z, is seen playing beside her. The adorable picture has a surprise element though and shows a huge mound of sand on Beyoncé's stomach, somehow looking like a baby bump. There was no caption with the picture and it is not known as to when the picture was taken.

Queen Bey posted the photo just after Blue Ivy turned three on 7 January. The toddler's birthday celebrations included ice sculptures and a rainbow cake.

During the first of the two Paris shows while on the European leg of their "On The Run" tour in September, Jay-Z had hinted that his better half was pregnant with their second child.

The 45-year-old rapper reportedly changed some of the lyrics to the track "Beach Is Better", to include the words "cause she pregnant with another one."

According to E Online, Beyoncé had said during a 2013 interview with ABC News that she "would like more children," adding that she thinks Blue Ivy "needs some company."

Speaking on motherhood, almost a year ago, the mother-of-one had told Anderson Cooper that motherhood "just gives you purpose," adding, "I realized why I was born and, more than anything, all of the things I want to pass onto my child and the best way of doing that is not by preaching or telling her but showing her by example."

Beyoncé and Jay-Z got married in April 2008 after dating for almost six years. In January 2012, Beyoncé gave birth to their first child together.

The representative for the couple has not commented on the matter as yet.
