Music award events and fashion go together, and the big names in country music didn't disappoint when they walked the red carpet at the Country Music Association Awards (CMA) on Wednesday night.

The 47th CMA Awards 2013 was held at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tenn on Wednesday night. Veteran George Strait walked away with the top honor - Entertainer of the Year, while newcomers Florida Georgia Line bagged Vocal Duo of the Year and Single of the Year awards.

Several celebrities caught the eyes of onlookers as they walked the red carpet in designer outfits, before the awards were given away to winners.

Taylor Swift, who picked up Pinnacle Award on Wednesday night, looked gorgeous in a backless embroidered red gown by Elie Saab. Several others like Miranda Lambert, Faith Hill, Danielle Bradbery, Carrie Underwood, Cassadee Pope, Kacey Musgraves, and Jennifer Nettles looked great on the red carpet.
