The latest buzz is that the "Dardevil" co-stars were spotted together at a dinner date and that Jen could be expecting her fourth baby with the "Batman v Superman" actor, despite the split.
In this very confusing turn of events, a new report claims that Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck are set to become parents again. "Jen was in Atlanta working on her new movie, when she found out that she was 'in the early stages of pregnancy. Jen was shocked when she found out about the pregnancy,'" a source told In Touch (via Hollywood Life).
"She was still committed to going through with the divorce, at least up until the past few weeks," the source added.
The report pointed out that this could have happened because Ben has been begging for another chance in this relationship and wants to have a happy home and family. "Ben is ready to commit totally to Jen and fall in line as a faithful and dedicated family man. But they have a long way to go," a source said.
According to the report, Jen has been wanting to have a fourth child, but apparently Ben wasn't ready for it until last year. But now he has reportedly had a change of heart. "Jen wanted a fourth child, but Ben put the kibosh on that last year. He said three was enough. But now, Ben is thrilled at the thought of another child. He sees it as an insurance policy that Jen will give a permanent reunion serious thought," the source said.
Now, various reports have traced the pregnancy rumours to the dinner date the couple enjoyed a few days ago. Ben and Jen were spotted together leaving a posh sushi restaurant Nobu in Malibu, California, without their three children.
The dinner outing only implies that Affleck and Garner continue sharing a friendly relationship even after the divorce, a source had told E! News. "They are working hard and enjoying being friends. Ben wants her to be happy and vice versa. Just because they are getting divorced doesn't mean they cannot be supportive friends," the source said.
"She can't even imagine dating," the source said, adding, "it will probably be a long time before she is able to move on romantically."
The reports have come out after "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" actor apologised to Garner for his alleged affair with nanny Christine Ouzounian.
