Dhaka, Dec 18 (ANI): Thousands of Bangladesh’s ruling party Awami League’s supporters marched on the streets in capital Dhaka to protest a fresh transport blockade, called by opposition parties to oppose the upcoming national polls in Bangladesh. The 18-party alliance of opposition parties, led by Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP), had called for 72-hour blockade of roads, railways and waterways across Bangladesh starting from Tuesday. Addressing supporters, leader of the Awami League Party, Mofazzal Hossain, urged them to plead before the masses in order to secure votes in favour of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina’s party.
