Dhaka, Nov 16 (ANI): Senior advocate of Supreme Court of Bangladesh, Abu Mohammad Aminuddin urged the feuding parties, the Awami League and the BNP, to end the impasse over the issue of caretaker government and called for free and fair elections, as tensions mounted ahead of the polls. Aminuddin while talking to a reporter in Dhaka on Saturday (November 16) said that the leading parties should discuss about the forthcoming elections, as there is no provision of caretaker government in the present constitution. Commenting over the political uncertainty within the country, Aminuddin highlighted the difference over religion in politics between the two parties. Aminuddin also said that the BNP was associating with Jamaat with an aim to win the votes of the fundamentalists.
