Bangalore, July 23 (ANI): Bangalore Police arrested the chairman of the privately-run Vibgyor School where a minor girl was sexually assaulted. According to reports, the chairman, Rustom Kerawalla, of Vibgyor School was arrested after it was found that there was delay on his part in reporting the crime to the police. It is also alleged that he concealed information related to the case from the police. It is also alleged that the Kerawalla tried to destroy evidence relating to the incident. He has been charged under section 201 of the Indian Penal Code, section 23 of the Juvenile Justice Act and section 21 Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
