Bollywood hunk Hrithik Roshan will soon hit the silver screen with his much-anticipated film "Bang Bang" that is releasing worldwide on 2 October.

While, the film has been creating waves among the audience, the journey of "Bang Bang" hadn't been an easy ride for the actor. First, the physical challenge that he underwent during the major brain surgery and then the emotional part of separating from his wife Sussanne Khan.

In a recent interview with Hindustan Times, when asked if the spilt with Khan have been difficult, the honey-eyed actor said that after overcoming the initial problems, the split has been quite simple and easy.

"In a way, yes. But it has been very enlightening too. It has also been very easy because once you overcome the toughest challenge, the rest of the things become really simple. It has actually been quite simple and easy." said the "Krrish" actor.

Roshan further stated that working on the film with emotional turmoil was quite a challenging task.

"It was more challenging due to emotional reasons. But that is exactly where the mental strength comes in. This is the brightest film I have done. And I'm playing a happy character. I did all this at a time when my life was in deep contrast to that. This journey has been a great victory in itself." he added.

In December last year, Roshan and Khan, one of the most loved Bollywood couple, broke a million hearts when they announced their separation. The couple, however, made no allegations against each other.

However, Roshan during the time of their split had mentioned that Khan will always be the love of his life, although the actor hinted that it was Khan who decided to walk out of the 13 years of marriage.

Meanwhile, teaser trailer and songs of "Bang Bang" have received huge responses from viewers. The flick also stars stunning Katrina Kaif opposite Roshan. Directed by Siddharth Anand and produced by Fox Star Studios "Bang Bang" is a thriller movie, where Roshan will be seen performing some death-defying stunts.
