After seven years, Malayalam actor-director-scriptwriter Balachandra Menon is coming up with his directorial venture "Njan Samvidhanam Cheyyum". Apart from directing, he has also done the lead role in the film.
"Njan Samvidhanam Cheyyum", touted as a family entertainer, was cleared by the censor board with a U certificate without any cut on 14 September. The actor himself informed the news to his followers on Facebook on Monday.
Earlier on Monday, Menon had informed his followers that he was leaving for Chithranjali studio in Thiruvananthapuram for the screening of the film before the censor board members.
The typical Balachandra Menon film deals with the story of a man who passionately loves movies.
The upcoming film has Gayathri and Dakshina in the female lead roles along with yesteryear stars Shankar, Menaka Suresh and Raveendran in key roles.
Menon has earlier acted-directed many hit films, including "De Ingottu Nokkiye", "April 19", "Ammayane Sathyam" and "Kuruppinte Kanakku Pustakom".
