Year 2015 is going to be busy and exciting for Bajaj Auto in India, with the company planning to roll out six new products by June.

Hoping to recoup its diminishing charm in India's motorcycle market, the Pune-based company plans to launch a new product every month in the first half of calendar 2015, reports Economic Times.

With the launch of a new 100cc motorcycle and other products, Bajaj Auto aims to increase its market share to more than 20 percent in the domestic market by March this year, up from the current 17 percent.

"In the next six months, there will be one launch every month from us," said S Ravikumar, Bajaj Auto President of Business Development & Assurance, adding, "We also will launch a 400 cc bike under our flagship Pulsar brand." He did not divulge beyond this on the product launches.

Speaking of Pulsar 400SS, two -wheeler enthusiasts in India have been waiting for some time to press the paddle of what is being billed as "best creation of Bajaj" till date. Now, it looks like the wait for Pulsar SS400 won't be too long, as the company has hinted the big performance machine is coming our way in the first half of 2015.

For the uninitiated, Pulsar SS400 is a performance bike which made its debut at the Delhi Auto Expo 2014. The Super Sport 400 Pulsar (SS400) flaunts a stylish design and is powered by a 375cc liquid-cooled, 4-valve triple spark engine, mated to a six-speed transmission with fuel injection. As for features, the SS400 Pulsar is likely to come with a split seat, mudguard-mounted taillight and clip-on handle bars. Also expect to have anti-lock braking systems (ABS).

There is not much information about the other offerings from the Bajaj Auto stable later this year. Yet, reports suggest that Pulsar 200 SS, Pulsar 150 NS, a new variant of the Discover and Pulsar 180 NS are also on the cards.
