Sri Green Productions, which has acquired the Tamil Nadu theatrical rights of forthcoming movie Bairavaa, has now kick-started talks with multiple parties over selling the theatrical rights of Vijay's flick.

The trade reports say that they have been getting lots of offers from multiple parties, who are showing interest in acquiring the distribution rights of many regions. Inking their first deal, Sri Green Productions sold the key theatrical rights of the North Arcot, South Arcot and the TK (Tirunelveli and Kanyakumari) centres recently.

Krishnalaya Theatre owner Thambu, Senthil and Subburaju have reportedly acquired the South Arcot (Rs 3.7 crore), North Arcot (Rs 3.5 crore) and the TK rights (Rs 3.5 crore), respectively. The success of Vijay's previous movie Theri has given confidence to the distributors to quote high prices for the rights, say trade reports.

The Tamil Nadu distribution rights mainly comprises centres like Chennai, Chengalpet, Coimbatore, Madurai, TT (Trichy & Thanjavur), Salem, TK, South Arcot and North Arcot. Sri Green Productions is hoping to sell the complete distribution rights of the film by the end of this year and the movie is expected to do over Rs 50 crore pre-release business from the sale of Tamil Nadu theatrical rights.

Meanwhile, the shooting of Bairavaa is almost complete and the team will now head to Switzerland to shoot a romantic song on the lead actors. It is said to be a seven-day shooting schedule.

Action thriller Bairavaa is directed by Bharathan and produced by Vijaya Productions. Keerthy Suresh plays Ilayathalapathy's love interest in the movie, which has Aparna Vinod, Papri Ghosh, Jagapathi Babu, Daniel Balaji, Rajendran, Mime Gopi, Harish Uthaman, Sharath Lohitashwa and others are in supporting roles.

The film has Santhosh Narayanan's music, M Sukumar's cinematography and Praveen KL's editing.
