The winners of BAFTA TV Awards 2017, also known as British Academy Television Awards, were announced at the Royal Festival Hall on Southbank in London on Sunday, May 14. The crime drama series Happy Valley, single drama Damilola, Our Loved Boy and documentary series Planet Earth II bagged two awards each.

While the television show starring Sarah Lancashire in lead role received awards for Best Drama and Leading Actress, Levi David Addai's show about the murder of a 10-year-old Nigerian boy won awards in Single Drama and Supporting Actress category, and the BBC documentary series became the winner of Specialist Factual and Virgin TV's Must See Moment.

Other big winners of BAFTA TV Awards 2017 are Adeel Akhtar as Leading Actor for his role in Murdered By My Father, Tom Hollander as Supporting Actor for entertaining viewers with his performance in BBC show The Night Manager, Michael McIntyre for Entertainment Performance, Phoebe Waller-Bridge as Best Female Performer and Steve Coogan as Best Male Performer in comedy shows.
