Ayushmann Khurrana's Badhaai Ho has shown its remarkable power of sustaining at the box office with its sheer quality content. The movie has been running successfully for more than 50 days in theatres across India and has already crossed the lifetime business of Gold (Rs 104.72 crore), Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety (Rs 108.95 crore) and Raazi (Rs 123.84 crore). And it is now all set to cross Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor's horror comedy Stree's lifetime box office collections (Rs 129.90 crore) today.

Produced with an estimated budget of Rs 29 crore, Badhaai Ho has been going strength to strength with each passing week. And even on the first day of its sixth week, the Amit Sharma directorial minted Rs 1.05 crore (On Sixth Friday) taking the total box office collections to Rs 129.45 crore.

Taran Adarsh tweeted, "After having crossed the *lifetime biz* of #Gold, #SKTKS and #Raazi, #BadhaaiHo is all set to cross the *lifetime biz* of #Stree today [Sat]... [Week 6] Fri 1.05 cr. Total: ₹ 129.45 cr. India biz."

Badhaai Ho is not just only raking in moolah but it is also giving Aamir Khan's Rs 300 crore film Thugs Of Hindostan (Thugs Of Hindustan) a run for the money at the box office.

The movie is a small-town story of a couple welcoming a baby at an old age. Audience were blown away by the funny moments in the film which according to them have been riddled with dramatic and serious sequences. They also praised Ayushmann and Sanya for their portrayals among other supporting casts.

Many found Badhaai Ho as an entertainingly different film with a fresh take comprising of ingredients of fun, family affairs and emotional drama. And even the critics have also lauded the efforts of the director, star cast and others aspects of the film.

If Badhaai Ho manages to keep the momentum going, it may soon beat Thugs Of Hindostan in the box office race.
