The shooting of Sidharth Malhotra and Katrina Kaif's upcoming film "Baar Baar Dekho" has concluded. The team celebrated the wrap up on April 25 and several celebs, including Nitya Mehra, Karan Johar, Farhan Akhtar, Adhuna Bhabani, Sayani Gupta and Zoya Akhtar, joined "Baar Baar Dekho" cast at the party.
The celebrities interacted with the media at the wrap up bash and posed happily for the shutterbugs. Katrina looked stunning in black floral shorts with sheer top of the same colour, while the "Kapoor and Sons" actor charmed with his handsome looks.
Produced by Ritesh Sidhwani, Karan Johar and Farhan Akhtar, the film has been directed by debutant Nitya. A few days ago, film's stills and poster were unveiled and fans are now eagerly waiting for the flick's trailer to be released.
The movie, "Baar Baar Dekho," is said to be a love story in which 30 years of a couple's life will be shown. The Nitya directorial was earlier titled "Kal Jisne Dekha." Excel Entertainment and Dharma Productions are collaborating for the first time for this flick and it is slated to be released on Sep. 9, 2016.
Also, Katrina and Sidharth will be seen sharing screen space for the first time. Meanwhile, Sidharth will next appear in an action-drama alongside Jacqueline Fernandez. Earlier, it had been reported that the upcoming film will be the sequel of Hrithik Roshan's "Bang Bang," but later, Sid said at an event that the film has nothing to do with the first instalment.
On the other hand, Katrina has "Jagga Jasoos" lined up for the release sometime in July and she is playing a journalist in the film. Directed by Anurag Basu, the film brings rumoured ex-couple Katrina and Ranbir Kapoor back on the big screen, after "Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani." The duo was dating when they started shooting for "Jagga Jasoos."
