Prabhas' "Baahubali - the Beginning" (Bahubali) set the cash registers ringing across the globe even in its third week, taking its 21-day worldwide box office collection to Rs 463 crore gross.

In its third week, "Baahubali - the Beginning" lost out on some amount of screens to some new releases in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi languages. Besides, the movie also clashed with Salman Khan's "Bajrangi Bhaijaan", which continued to rock the box office around the world.

But the business of "Baahubali - the Beginning" wasn't affected much by these movies. The film remained rock-steady registering decent amount of occupancy in the existing number of cinema halls. It ran to packed house in many centres. When compared to its second Friday collection, its business was down by a few lakhs at the worldwide box office on its third Friday.

The SS Rajamouli directorial witnessed a big leap on its third Saturday and Sunday. The movie showed some amount of dip in its business on its third Monday and maintained rock-steady on the following weekdays. "Baahubali - the Beginning" is estimated to have collected Rs 40 gross in its third weekend and Rs 35 crore gross on weekdays.

"Baahubali - the Beginning" has grossed Rs 255 crore in the first week, Rs 130 crore in the second week and Rs 77 crore in its third week. Its 21-day total gross global collection stands at Rs 462 crore. It is all set to cross the mark of Rs 500 crore gross at the worldwide box office in its fourth week.

The movie has become the fourth all time highest grossing Indian movie. Now, the question is whether it will become third all time highest grosser Indian movie or not, beating the record of Aamir Khan's "Dhoom 3", which has raked in Rs 525 crore in its life time.

In its fourth week, "Baahubali - the Beginning" will clash with Ajay Devgn's "Drishyam" and some new Tamil and Telugu releases. Even if it witnesses 50% dip, the movie will collect Rs 38+ crore at the worldwide box office in the fourth week, taking its total gross to Rs 500 crore. But it may not beat the record of "Dhoom 3", as it will clash with Mahesh Babu's "Srimanthudu" in its fifth week.
