Latehar, Mar 23 (ANI): The district administration in India's red rebel hotbed of Jharkhand recently organized a voter awareness campaign, ahead of the next month's general elections. The participants were seen wearing t-shirts reading "Vote for Latehar" and mostly girls from government schools participated in the rally.
