New Delhi, Apr 9 (ANI): Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) Director General, Dilip Trivedi, has said that the Maoist landmine blast in Aurangabad district of Bihar that killed two of its officials on April 07 while defusing the explosives, was a case of human error.
