The makers of Suriya's S3 aka Singam 3 have made an important announcement on Saturday, November 19. They have revealed the date of the music launch on the Twitter page of Studiogreen, the production house of the upcoming movie.
"#S3AudioFromNovember27 ! Telugu version's date will be updated Tomorrow. @Suriya_offl @rajsekarpandian @Jharrisjayaraj @shrutihaasan [sic]" Studiogreen tweeted.
Leading musician Harris Jayaraj has scored the music for S3. The Tamil movie is said to consist of six tracks in the album. The songs are primarily targeted at the youth and the album is expected to have a lot of mass appeal.
S3 is the third instalment in the highly successful Singam franchise. The first two instalments of the movie featured music by Devi Sri Prasad, and the albums turned out to be hits. Hence, expectations are high from the latest album as well.
The upcoming movie is written and directed by Hari and produced by KE Gnanavelraja. Shruti Haasan is the new addition to the cast. She plays a journalist in S3, which stars Anushka Shetty as the female lead, and Radha Ravi, Nassar, Sumithra, Janaki Sabesh, Yuvarani, Raadhika Sarathkumar, Krish and Soori in supporting roles.
The film, which will be released on December 16, features Priyan's cinematography and VT Vijay and TS Jay's editing.
Meanwhile, Suriya has started his next movie, Thaana Serndha Kootam, which is written and directed by Vignesh Shivan. The shooting began on Friday, November 18. Sharing his excitement, the young director tweeted, "Wit my school bag was watchin #KaakaKaaka & today I Said #Action to @Suriya_offl sir. Never knew,this dream would come true ! #GodisGreat. [sic]"
Responding to his comment, Suriya posted, "Hahaha!! Loved the first day shoot Director..!! Guys... this little boy know a lot!! [sic]"
