After producing back-to-back biggies like Rajinikanth's Kabali and Ilayathalapathy Vijay's Theri, Kalaippuli S Thanu seems to be planning a movie a movie soon with another star. The buzz is that he is interested in casting Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu in his next project.
Rumours are rife that Atlee Kumar's protégé Bossco has a good script that suits the image of Mahesh Babu. He has approached Kalaippuli S Thanu and the producer has reportedly liked the subject. It is now speculated that they are planning to approach the Telugu superstar to act in the mega-budget flick. Also, they have a few heroes in mind for the film.
Mahesh Babu is currently working in AR Murugadoss' forthcoming movie, which also marks the debut of the Telugu superstar in Kollywood. It is being simultaneously made in Tamil and Telugu languages. The shooting of the film is happening in Chennai.
The film features Rakul Preet Singh, SJ Surya, RJ Balaji, Dheepa Ramanujam and others in the cast. The untitled flick is jointly produced by Tagore Madhu and NV Prasad. Harris Jayaraj is the music director, Santosh Sivan is the cinematographer and A Sreekar Prasad is the editor of the upcoming film.
The bilingual movie is likely to release in April 2017 and there are rumours doing rounds that it might clash with SS Rajamouli's Baahubali.
