Imphal, Dec 16 (ANI): At least 57 rebels belonging to different outfits surrendered along with their weapons before Manipur Chief Minister Okram Ibobi Singh. Huge cache of arms and ammunitions surrendered by the militants were displayed to the media persons in capital city of Imphal. Principal Secretary, Suresh Babu, said that rebels have taken the right decision to change their lives and tread on to the path of peace.
