ASUS has added another device in its budget laptop portfolio by launching X555 devices in India. Carrying a model number X555LJ-XX177H, the laptop is powered by a 2.1GHz Intel Core i3-501U processor, 4GB RAM and 1TB storage space.
X555 flaunts a 15.6-inch LED back-lit display with 16:9 aspect ratio and 1,366x768 pixels resolution. To meet the gaming demand, the device also packs an NVIDIA GeForce 920M GPU that offers 2GB DDR3 memory.
The device enhanced by ASUS SonicMaster and AudioWizard technologies. Additionally, X555's Splendid technology has four optimised modes, which entails Normal mode for daily work, Theatre mode for the ultimate movie experience, Vivid mode for photographs and Intense image viewing, and Manual, the user adjustment mode for the ultimate user experience.
ASUS India regional head Peter Chang said, "The X555 introduces a quality notebook with a premium feel. It brings all the computing essentials in a single device complete with a tactile finish. Adding to its strengths, is the Li Polymer Battery for 3x extended life span. The notebook has a two-second resume from sleep mode, so that it is always ready to perform at a moment's notice. Also, transfer data super-fast with its two USB 3.0 ports.
ASUS X555 LJ-XX177H will be available exclusive in LFR and X555LJ-XX132H will be available exclusively at AES. The price range starts from Rs 28,999.
