New Delhi, Feb 23 (ANI): Talking about a rape case of an Assamese girl in Mahipalpur area of Delhi, DCW Chief Barkha Singh said that the incident is very unfortunate and shameful. Singh said that several such incidents are taking place in the national capital since the recent past and there must be strict laws against such crimes, which must be implemented too.
