Samsung's camera-centric variant Galaxy S5 Zoom has reportedly been spotted at a benchmarking site, revealing key specifications of the smartphone.

Browsing through the benchmarking website GFXBench, Italian technology blog Webtrek stumbled upon a Samsung device code-named SM-C115. Considering the similarity in letter-digit combo code with the 2012 model Galaxy S4 Zoom (SM-C1010), it is believed that the unnamed Samsung device is the Galaxy S5 Zoom.

According to the benchmarking site, the Samsung SM-C115 sports a 4.8-inch HD display with 1280x720p resolutions and runs on the latest Android v4.4.2 KitKat OS, 1.3GHz Exynos 5 series Hexa-core CPU backed by ARM Mali-T624 GPU, and has 2GB RAM and 16GB inbuilt storage.

The device boasts a 19.0-megapixel camera with 5184x3888p lens sensor resolutions, auto-focus, face detection, full HD video recording feature, and on the front side, it houses a 2.0-megapixel camera with full HD video recording capability.

Going by the spec-sheet, the rumoured Galaxy S5 Zoom is a pretty good upgrade from its predecessor, which boasted sub-par qHD (960x540p) display and a dual-core processor.

Word on the street is that Samsung is also working on two other Galaxy S5 variants - a Galaxy S5 Mini model, and a cheaper model with a nomenclature Galaxy S5 Neo - which are expected to be released later in the year.
