New Delhi, Sep 24 (ANI): Reacting to Former Army Chief, Gen (retd) V K Singh's revelations that paying ministers to bring people together in J and K was nothing new for the Army, BJP Spokesperson, Balbir Punj on Tuesday said that the issue was Congress- borne to achieve small time political gains at the cost of national security.
