Apple's much awaited 9.7-inch iPad Pro (aka Air 3) is reportedly set to come with better camera hardware than the bigger 12.9-inch sibling.

9to5Mac, citing reliable sources, has claimed that the 9.7-inch iPad Pro will boast a 12MP camera with 4K video recording feature. This is a huge upgrade over the original 12.9-inch iPad Pro, which comes with a modest 8MP iSight camera with full HD (1080p) recording ability.

Tipsters have also revealed that the 9.7-inch iPad Pro will house advanced display technology to support Apple Pencil (stylus), Anti-glare feature, Smart Connector to dock keyboard, Apple A9X SoC (System-on-Chip), and 4 speakers to provide enhanced audio experience.

The new 9.7-inch iPad Pro is expected to debut on March 21 alongside the new smartphone dubbed as iPhone SE.

It is a special edition 4.0-inch handset, understood to be the upgraded version of the iPhone 5S series. It is said to sport sleek design language similar to iPhone 6 and comes packed with Apple A9 processor, M9 co-processor, 16GB/64GB storage, 12MP primary camera on the rear-side and 1.2MP FaceTime camera, Bluetooth 4.2, , 802.11ac Wi-Fi chips, VoLTE (Voice over LTE), NFC (Near Field Communications) and the contact-less Apple Pay feature.

Besides 9.7-inch iPad Pro and iPhone SE, Apple is also expected to unveil a new line of MacBooks and a couple of accessory wrist bands for the Watch series.
