Apple's much-awaited premium iPhone 5S smartphone model will reportedly come packed with huge memory and a gold hued body case.

KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo in his note to investors has predicted that the Cupertino company would release iPhone 5S with a mammoth 128GB flash memory and come in a gold variant in addition to the black and white models.

He also said that the new premium iPhone will feature an A7 chipset, possibly with 64-bit ARMv8.0 architecture which is claimed make the new iPhone 20 percent more efficient than its predecessor, reported Apple Insider.

As per recent reports, Apple's upcoming smartphone would feature the same 4.0-inch display size and design frame of its previous generation ancestor. But major changes are expected to seen inside the device. It is rumoured to run on the new iOS v7.0 OS powered by the A7 quad-core processor with 1GB LPDDR3 RAM, 8.0-megapixel camera with dual-LED flash. An improvement expected to be seen in the new smartphone is the Sapphire based finger-print scanner on its convex shaped home button.

Rumours are rife that Apple would pull the wraps off its iPhone 5S along with the low-cost iPhone 5S on 10 September.

iPhone 5C is said to feature a smaller 3.5-inch display and run on iOS 7, the old Apple A5 chipset, 5.0-megapixel main camera and house a plastic case offered with multiple colour options such as black, white, red, blue, green and yellow.
