Last week Apple's exclusive e-commerce partner Flipkart commenced iPhone 7 pre-order service in India. Now, rival Snapdeal will offer the Apple's new handsets later tonight.
Prospective buyers can book Apple iPhone 7 series on Snapdeal at 12:00 am on October 7. As part of promotional offer, consumers can avail discounts on the new phones through Snapdeal's on-going exchange offer with zero cost EMI option.
To further sweeten the deal, it will be giving away instant Rs. 10,000 cash back for consumers holding American Express card.
"Continuing with the stupendous response to our Unbox Diwali sale, we have entered into a strategic partnership with American Express and are excited to bring yet another much sought after and iconic product to our customers with an attractive offer. We are confident that all avid Apple fans would appreciate this specially curated offer on iPhone 7," Rohit Bansal, Co-founder, Snapdeal, said in a statement.
The Apple's 4.7-inch iPhone 7 and 5.5-inch iPhone 7 Plus prices start from Rs. 60,000 and Rs. 72,000 in the country.
As for as the older models are concerned, they getting pretty generous price cuts. Usually, Apple used to reduced price around Rs. 10,000 for old devices ahead of new iPhones. This time, the company has slashed Rs. 22,000 on high-end 128GB models of iPhone 6S and 6S Plus. Previously they used to cost Rs. 82,000 and Rs. 92,000, respectively. Now, they can be grabbed for Rs. 60,000 and Rs. 70,000, respectively.
Even the 64GB iPhone SE model price has been reduced from Rs. 49,000 to Rs. 44,000.
The company has also introduced 32GB models of iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus for Rs. 50,000 and Rs. 60,000, respectively.
