New Delhi, Oct 21 (ANI): Even as the Group of Ministers (GoM) on Telangana fixed November 5 as the last day for receiving suggestions on bifurcation of the state, General Secretary, Digvijay Singh on Monday appealed to all Seemandhra MPs to reconsider their decision to resign over the issue.
