Chandigarh, Nov 15 (ANI): Speaking over controversial preacher Sant Rampal, Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar on Saturday appealed to the people of the state to maintain calm and respect judicial process. Rampal has been evading arrest citing ill-health. His spokespersons have been openly challenging the government to arrest him. His ashram, where he lives, has turned into a fortress with hundreds of followers, many of them armed, camping day and night to ensure that Sant Rampal is not arrested.
