Bhopal, May 15 (ANI): A team of anti-corruption officials raided the residence of Inspector General of Police (IG) Mayank Jain in Bhopal of Madhya Pradesh on Thursday and unearthed bank documents and other disproportionate assets. The raid was conducted following a complaint filed against Jain for amassing illegal property and documents. The Deputy Superintendent of Police, anti-corruption team (Lokayukta), S. S. Udawat, said investigations are taking place. Officials also said that no jewellery was found during the raid. The anti-corruption officials, in the last few months, have carried out raids at the residence of various officials, who have been accused of amassing illegal wealth.
