Mumbai, June 18 (ANI): Another candidate died on Wednesday in the Mumbai police recruitment drive which had attracted thousands of aspirants from across the state. At least five candidates have died till now in the drive due to tough training and poor living conditions. Twenty four year old candidate, Gahininath Latpate, passed away in Mulund's Platinum hospital, where he was admitted after falling ill during training. BJP leader Kirit Somaiya questioned the carelessness behind the unfortunate deaths. The candidates said they have to put up with lack of proper lodging and facilities. Some of them allegedly sleep on the floors and have to train hard during the searing summer heat.
