"American Idol XIV" 2015 is heading towards the end of the show with number of contestants being trimmed to just nine and it will be down to eight tonight. One of the contestants, who gets lowest public vote, will be sent home on Monday while the remaining top eight finalists will perform again.

Spoilers of "American Idol XIV" 2015 have it that Kelly Clarkson, winner of the American Idol season 1, will mentor the upcoming episode and that top eight finalists will sing her songs. It is also reported the original idol will perform during the episode.

"American Idol XIV" 2015 top eight finalists will perform tonight and it will broadcast live on FOX at 8/7c PM on Wednesday, 1 April.

One of the contestants will be sent home tonight. Judges - Jennifer Lopez, Harry Connick Jr. and Keith Urban – have nothing much to do now as the fate of the contestants depends entirely on public vote.
