Rumours are rife that the fifth season of "American Horror Story" titled "American Horror Story: Hotel" will feature the newly transitioned Caitlyn Jenner.

It is not immediately known if Jenner has expressed an interest to pursue acting, but "American Horror Story" showrunner Ryan Murphy is reportedly eager for Jenner to join the series.

"Ryan loves what Caitlyn Jenner represents – both inside and out," a source told Naughty Gossip. "He is a big fan of what she stands for and wants to bring part of that story to the small screen. He would write in Caitlyn for a few episode arc and make the story really meaningful."

The fifth season of "American Horror Story" will feature a number of celebrities, including pop singer Lady Gaga, who will reportedly be caught in a love triangle with Matt Bomer and Finn Wittrock.

But according to Celeb Dirty Laundry, Murphy might find it difficult to pay both Gaga and Jenner, in addition to handling Jenner's alleged diva behaviour.

Reportedly, Jenner's family is worried that she has become fame-hungry since her transition. Radar Online noted that the "Keeping up with the Kardashians" star recently hired a bodyguard to protect her while on a recent trip to the Big Apple even when there was no need for one. "There is no reason Caitlyn needs a bodyguard, and it's just over the top," a source told the publication.

She has also made it a habit of changing outfits multiple times in a day. "She is also constantly having her hair and make-up done," said a source.

"Caitlyn is now acting like a fame-hungry Kardashian, and there doesn't seem to be any thoughtful introspection about the huge change that has been made in her life," revealed the source. "Rather, it's going to parties, red carpet events and shopping."

Her children are concerned, and they hope it's just a phase. "Caitlyn's sons are hoping this is just a phase she is going through," the source added.
