Amber Rose did not last long on Season 23 of Dancing with the Stars, but she seems to have found a potential love interest in Val Chmerkovskiy, the brother of her ex-dancing partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy.
According to a HollywoodLife report, Rose has a crush on Val, who is said to have warmed up to the model after spending time together.
"He and Maksim [Chmerkovskiy] are really close and they spent time with one another through socializing with him," a source told the media outlet.
"At first Val thought she was a bit of a loud mouth, but gradually he began to respect her more as he saw that she was really trying her best with Maksim to do well on Dancing With The Stars before getting eliminated," the source added.
Reportedly, the professional dancer is willing to spend more time with Rose to see where their relationship is headed. "Val is quite low-key in private, but he's open to spending time with Amber," the insider revealed. "He had fun at her recent birthday party, although he's not sure if it will lead to anything serious," the insider added.
The insider also revealed that Maksim does not have a problem with Rose and his brother hanging out together as they parted on good terms. Although Maksim and Rose were eliminated on the episode that aired on October 17, the model said she had a good time on the dancing reality show.
Maksim will also not be returning for a new season, as he does not want to miss the first few months with his newborn. Maksim and his fiancée Peta Murgatroyd are expecting their first child in January.
Dancing with the Stars airs Mondays on ABC.
