The business of Bollywood demands celebs to take care of their bodies. It's especially true for the leading ladies of this film industry who have to work out a lot more to maintain that perfect hour-glass figure.
The trend has now caught on with the newbies of B-town. From Alia Bhatt to Sonam Kapoor, the divas work really hard to stay fit. As everybody knows, Sonakshi, Alia and Sonam shed very many kilos to get their current figure.
Alia used to weigh 68 kg as a teenager but in three months, the actress lost 15 kg. She was in different avatar and looked stunning in hot bikini in her debut "Student of the Year".
Though she was the daughter of Bollywood superstar Anil Kapoor, Sonam didn't get everything on platter. She had to work hard on her phsique as she used to weigh 86 kilograms. The actress had to shed 30 kg before her debut film "Saawariya".
"Dabangg" actress Sonakshi Sinha has often been targeted for her chubby figure. But before coming to films she worked hard and dropped a whopping 30 kg. It was the handsome hunk Salman Khan who trained her to reduce weight.
Bollywood's bubbly girl Parineeti Chopra too was quite out of shape before beginning her career in Bollywood. Having a superstar cousin in the same industry was hard on the actress as she was required to match up to pageant-winner Priyanka's level and transform from fat to fit.
All these divas went under lot of hard work and rigorous training to fit into the entertainment industry. Thus, the beauty queens don't shy away from posting pictures of their workout sessions on their micro blogging sites.
