Akshay Kumar's "Singh Is Bliing" has been enjoying a superb run at the box office since its first day. The movie was released just a week ago and the reports suggest that the makers of "Singh Is Bliing" are already planning a sequel.

According to a Catch News report, "Singh Is Bliing" producer Ashvini Yardi is very happy with the response that the Akshay Kumar starrer has received and is planning to make a sequel of it if he finds a good script.

"I am planning a sequel for 'Singh Is Bliing' as people have loved the character of Raftaar Singh. So yes, we will definitely take the character forward provided we get a good script," the report quoted "Singh Is Bliing" producer Ashvini Yardi as saying when he was asked about any potential sequel to the movie.

"Singh Is Bliing" made a box office collection of over Rs 20 crores in its opening day and the producer is extremely happy with the figure.

"As a producer, I would have expected 'Singh Is Bliing' to collect over Rs 90 crores in its opening weekend, as I am a very greedy person. Jokes apart, I am very happy with the collections of 'Singh Is Bling'. The film is Akshay Kumar's highest opener till date and what better than it coming from his home production," he added.

Directed by Prabhudeva, "Singh Is Bliing" also features Amy Jackson, Lara Dutt and Kay Kay Menon along with Akshay.
