Bollywood actors Akshay Kumar and Nimrat Kaur appeared on the show "Comedy Nights Bachao" recently to promote their upcoming film "Airlift". In the photos, which are doing the rounds of social media, the actors seemed to have had fun on the show.

The year 2016 is  bringing the fresh Bollywood pair of Akshay and Nimrat in Raja Krishna Menon's directorial. These stars have begun their promotions, as part of which they appeared on the comedy show hosted by Krushna Abhishek and Bharti Singh.

After "D-Day" and "Baby", the makers have again roped in Akshay in this flick. Releasing on 22 January, 2016, the film's story line revolves around the arduous task of evacuating 1.7 lakh refugees in 488 flights over a span of 59 days by one man.

Few people know that the evacuation process by one man (played by Akshay in the film) was so large and precise that it created a Guinness World Record for India. The evacuation was carried out during the Iraq-Kuwait Gulf War of 1990.

Recently, the makers of "Airlift" have released the beautiful song "Soch Na Sake" from the film, which will show the chemsitry between the "Khiladi" actor and Nimrat. Composed by Amaal Malik, the song ha been sung by Arijit Singh, Amaal Mallik and Tulsi Kumar.

Meanwhile, the actors are promoting their film at various events and television reality shows. Their recent visit on "Comedy Nights Bachao" will definetly be a fun episode, and will air on 2 January, 2016. Take a look at some photos from the episode:
