Akshay Kumar and the word "action" are synonymous. After ditching action in "Airlift," the superstar is ready to channel the stunt fanatic in him for "Housefull 3."

According to a Catch News report, he has shot for a bunch of "stylish" sequences, which have been shot on a grand scale. Akshay, along with the other boys Abhishek Bachchan and Riteish Deshmukh, will fight as many as three villains in the Sajid-Farhad directorial.

The film also boasts of a strong supporting cast featuring Bollywood's best, who play fathers to leading ladies — Jacqueline Fernandez, Lisa Haydon and Nargis Fakhri. The first poster will be out early April and the trailer in by mid-month.

Another interesting tidbit is Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's cameo. The crew wanted a few scenes to be shot at Madam Tussauds, London but they were denied permission, after which they recreated the wax museum in Film City, Mumbai. The scene in question will have Abhishek hiding behind Aishwarya's statue, SpotboyE reports.

Making this comedy of errors more interesting is Akshay's role in it. He plays a character with a split personality disorder and most of the situational comedy is courtesy him. Scheduled for a June 3 release, the film was earlier set to clash with Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif's "Jagga Jasoos."

In other news, Akshay has completed a schedule of "Rustom," and moved on to film some high-octane action scenes with Rajinikanth for "Robot 2" ("2.0") in Chennai. "Namastey England," "Holiday 2" and "Oh My God 2" are some of the projects that he will shortly begin work on. "Welcome 3" and "Awara Paagal Deewana 2" are films Akshay is yet to take a call on.
