Lucknow, Sep 21 (ANI): Hitting out strongly at Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav, Union Rural Development Minister Jairam Ramesh has accused him of being ___masterly inactive___ over Muzaffarnagar communal riots. Alleging that there was some kind of unholy alliance between the ruling SP Government and main opposition BJP, Ramesh said Akhilesh adopted a cynical strategy towards the riots and allowed violence to continue earlier this month. He however said he didn___t accuse the UP CM of directly engineering the riots.
