Simbu, a hardcore fan of Ajith, has a special plan to celebrate his favourite hero's birthday on 1 May. The actor is going to release a trailer of "Vaalu" on Friday.
As per the buzz, it is Simbu's way of showing his love for the actor and the trailer is expected to release either on the midnight of 30 April or 1 May. The movie was originally planned for a release on 1 May.
As per traders, it is a good idea to get publicity as the movie release is around the corner. Simbu is a self-proclaimed fan of Ajith and has always expressed his love and respect for the actor at various platforms.
After much delay "Vaalu" is set to hit screens on 9 May. It has been in the making for more than two and the release was delayed for one or the other reason.
It is an action-comedy movie directed by Vijay Chandar and produced by SS Chakravarthy. Hansika Motwani plays the female lead while Santhanam, VTV Ganesh, Brahamanandam, Aditya, Aadukalam Naren and others in the cast. It has Shakti's cinematography, S Thaman's music and TS Suresh's editing.
It is interesting to know that Hansika Motwani and Simbu, who broke up during the making, completed the movie after the separation. As a result, people are looking forward to see how their chemistry has worked in the movie.
The other reason Simbu's fans are waiting for the release is simply because the actor has not had a single release since 2012. His last release was "Poda Podi", which failed to set the cash registers ringing.
